Conversa is an educational organization that provides Spanish language programs to young students from preschool to 8th grades in both private and public schools, to preschoolers through adults in recreational programs in different cities from San Clemente to Yorba Linda. We also offer in-curriculum at private schools in Orange County and Long Beach.

We currently have the privilege of teaching at:

  • Bethany Lutheran in Long Beach.

  • Abiding Savior Lutheran in Lake Forest.

  • Stoneybrooke Christian School in San Juan Capistrano.

  • St. Hedwig Catholic School in Los Alamitos.

  • Carl Hankey IB school in Mission Viejo.

  • Heritage Christian School in Mission Viejo.

  • Christ Cathedral Catholic School in Garden Grove.

Personal Benefits

Learning Spanish can open many doors in a person's life. At Conversa, we introduce students to alternative ways of expressing themselves and communicate with other Spanish speakers, especially when traveling to Latin-American countries. Knowing a second language can also give people a competitive boost in the workforce.

Academic Benefits

Research suggests that studying a second language for a number of years may contribute to higher SAT scores. Studies show that regardless of a student's academic level, students who learn a foreign language outperform those who do not receive such instruction.

Social Benefits

Bilingualism and multilingualism have many benefits to society. Americans who are fluent in more than one language can broaden their political and security interests and work to promote an understanding of cultural diversity.
